Heavy-Duty Access Road Resurfacing Project

Project Overview

This project involved the repair and resurfacing of a heavily used industrial access road within an active commercial environment.   • • Mechanical planing and surface preparation to achieve a stable base
  • • Machine-laid hot asphalt to restore uniform levels and strength
  • • Hand-finishing around edges, joints, and transitions
  • • Final compaction using rollers to ensure durability and smoothness

Site Coordination & Delivery

The works were completed within a live industrial site, requiring careful coordination around vehicle movements, site access, and operational constraints. Our team worked efficiently to minimise disruption while maintaining safe access routes throughout the project.

Particular attention was given to junctions, turning areas, and interface points to ensure smooth traffic flow, correct surface levels, and effective drainage.
