Project Overview
This project focused on carrying out essential road surface maintenance within a busy commercial and industrial access zone. The existing asphalt had been affected by ongoing traffic use, resulting in visible wear, cracking, and general surface degradation.
The aim of the works was to improve road condition, enhance safety, and prolong the service life of the surface through appropriate treatment methods, all while allowing day-to-day operations in the area to continue.

Our scope covered the full repair and maintenance process required to reinstate a reliable access route:
- Surface Preparation: Clearing loose and damaged material from the existing road.
- Crack Sealing: Applying hot bitumen to seal vulnerable areas and prevent water ingress.
- Surface Dressing: Implementing reinforcement techniques to protect against further deterioration.
- Targeted Reinforcement: Focusing on high-stress zones including access points and turning areas.

SITE COORDINATION & DELIVERY
As the works were completed within a live operational environment, careful scheduling and on-site coordination were essential to maintain safe access for vehicles and pedestrians. The project was delivered in planned stages to reduce disruption and maintain smooth site operations.
